Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) programme provides a strong theoretical and practical foundation in quantity surveying practice. It is recognised by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) since 2013 and attained full accreditation status from Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) in 2015. Internationally, it is accredited by Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) since 2016.
The Professional Quantity Surveyors (PQS) are trained with outstanding analytical and organizational capabilities. They are construction economists who provide expert advice on financial and contractual matters to the stakeholders of construction and property development projects. For that, we would ensure the undergraduates are adequately prepared with essential knowledge, skills, understanding and attributes to perform the roles of quantity surveyors.
