UTP’s Foundation Studies Programme (FSP) is an academic programme designed for local and international students who want to study an undergraduate degree at UTP. FSP provides the frame and basis for UTP’s engineering, technology and science undergraduate courses. Students who have completed SPM or its equivalent are eligible to apply.
