Master of Applied Business Analytics
First Pathway:
Regular Admission
One of the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.50
- A Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.50, subject to a rigorous internal assessment
- A Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.50 with at least 5 years’ working experience in a relevant field.
Pre-requisites
- Candidates without a statistics or mathematics background are required to do an Applied Business Statistics module prior to admission
- International candidates are required to have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or its equivalent.
Second Pathway:
Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)
- Under the APEL scheme of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), candidates without a Bachelor’s degree but who possess a recognised Diploma or STPM and have prior working experience in this field may be admitted.
- Minimum age: 30 years
- For Malaysian candidates only – subject to APEL assessment.

- International candidates are required to have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or its equivalent.
Third Pathway:
Flexible Admission With Microcredentials
- Candidates without a formal qualification may be admitted if they have attended relevant courses from HELP University or other institutions of higher learning.
- Credit exemption of 30% to 100% may be given.
